RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

Please review our Return Policy, posted on the website footer prior to making any purchases. In case you disagree with the terms of our Returns and refunds policy you must not buy from our website.

PROCEDURE FOR HANDLING WRONG PRODUCT SHIPMENTS

This document outlines the procedure to be followed when a customer receives an incorrect product due to a mistake on our part. This procedure is designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution for our customers, offering both exchange and refund options.

Reporting an Incorrect Product

Customers must report the receipt of an incorrect product within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the process, customers should send an email to info@synedicaretatrutide.com and attach clear photographs of the product received. These photographs serve as initial proof of the incorrect item.

Condition of Returned Product

For a return and subsequent exchange or refund to be processed, the wrongly sent product must be returned in its original condition. This means the product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

Investigation and Prepaid Return

Upon receiving the customer’s report and photographic evidence, we will investigate the cause of the incorrect shipment. As this situation arises from our error, we will bear all costs associated with the return. A prepaid Royal Mail tracked envelope will be sent to the customer to facilitate the return of the incorrect product. The customer is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Packaging for Return

Customers are not required to provide their own packaging for the return. The prepaid envelope provided by us will include suitable packaging for the safe return of the product.

Return and Exchange/Refund Process

Once the product is returned to us, we will conduct a thorough check of its integrity to ensure it meets the specified return conditions (unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging). If the product’s integrity is confirmed, the customer will be given the option of choosing between:

• Exchange: The correct product will be shipped to the customer within 24 hours of the returned product’s integrity check.

“OR”

• Refund: A full refund for the original purchase will be processed.

Tracking and Communication

The prepaid return envelope will include tracking information. Customers will be informed of the tracking number for their return, allowing them to monitor its progress.

International Customers

This procedure applies equally to international customers. In case of international returns due to our error, we will cover all associated return shipping costs, including any potential customs fees, ensuring no cost is incurred by the customer.
